Rules and Regulations Governing the Termination of Residential Electric, Gas and Water Utility Service - Docket No. 3876

• The Public Utilities Commission hereby gives Notice of Rulemaking and Public Hearing to adopt amended Rules and Regulations Governing the Termination of Residential, Electric, Gas and Water Utility Service. The hearing will be on October 11, 2007 @ 10:00 A.M. at PUC's office, 89 Jefferson Blvd., Warwick, R.I.
  
  The proposed rules will reflect technical and substantive changes from the currently effective termination rules, effective January 10, 2007. Below are links to proposed rules and currently effective rules.
