After review of the record, the PUC issues Report and Order No. 19344 issued to the EERMC's approving proposed standards for system reliability and energy efficiency and conservation procurement as amended. Written Order issued on July 17, 2008.

PHASE II - Entails the PUC's review of National Grid's Least Cost Procurement Plan (LCP)

• The EERMC submits the "Opportunities Report" in accordance with R.I.G.L. §39-1-27.7 (filed 7/18/08)
