Docket No. 3945 - Pawtucket Water Supply Board ("PWSB") - Rate application to implement new rates designed to collect additional revenues of $3,109,387 or 17.4%

On March 28, 2008, the Pawtucket Water Supply Board filed an application to change its rates designed to collect additional revenues. At open meeting held April 9, 2008, the PUC suspended the rates for conduct discovery and hearing on the propposal. The deadline to file a Motion to Intervene as a party in the docket is May 27, 2008.

Procedural Schedule - Public comments hearing to be held o June 26, 2008 in Pawtucket City Hall, Pawtucket and evidentiary hearings commence on September 3, 2008 at PUC's office.
