Docket No. 4139 - Rules and Regulations Governing the Review of a Utility Scale Offshore Wind Project as Described in R.I.G.L. § 39-26.1-8

• In compliance with legislative mandate, R.I. Gen. Laws § 39-26.1-8(d), the Commission has initiated this docket for the purpose of promulgating Rules and Regulations Governing the Review of a Utility Scale Offshore Wind Project as Described in § 39-26.1-8. The Commission hereby gives Notice of Rulemaking and Public Hearing for the purpose of adopting and establishing said rules. The hearing will be held at 1:00 P.M., March 1, 2010 (hearing moved from 2/10/10 due to inclement weather) at the PUC's office. Interested persons may provide comments on the proposed rules on the day of the hearing or by submitting written comments to the Commission Clerk by 4:00 P.M., March 1, 2010.
