National Grid - Docket No. 3766 - Order No. 18879 approving revised GCR charges for National Grid (and GCR charges combined with revised DAC charges) results in a 5.4% rate reduction or an annual decrease of $92 to a residential heating customer using 1,035 therms per year (an annual biil decrease from $1,701 to $1,609).
