Consultants

The Division and occasionally the Commission use consultants, and expert witnesses, to assist in the preparation and the litigation of rate cases and other activities that may come before the Commission and the Division. Experience in utility matters, such as rate design, cost of service, service quality standards and engineering studies is usually a prerequisite for consideration to be added to our consultants database.

We are always interested in adding new consultants to our database. If you believe your organization has the experience and background to be considered as a contractor for either the Commission or Division, please e-mail a resume summarizing your organization and related experience to rallen@ripuc.state.ri.us.
